Whether you are a university student, a lecturer, a professional or are retired, you will find like-minded people at Regional College of Management (Autonomous).
Diversity is a hallmark of RCM students. They come from a variety of geographic, educational, and work backgrounds.In addition, Post-Graduate students from many departments at RCM enroll in Management courses. Students learn from each other, sharing their experiences and perspectives both through course work and through the informal 'networking' that takes place when a small group continually works together.
Regional College of Management attract applicants from all over India, from all walks of life. Some are university students seeking extra credit and experience; others are professionals eager to broaden their horizons and learn something new during their summer break.
In 2010 we welcomed students from 14 different states, building a strong inter-state community. Meeting participants from a range of backgrounds will allow you to experience fresh perspectives and build on your own knowledge.
Our programmes are academically rigorous. In addition to classroom contact hours we ask you to prepare for your experience by reading and researching in advance of your arrival in RCM. This preparation will increase your enjoyment and enhance your capacity for critical thinking.
Students Life:
RCM offers excellent opportunities to its students out-of classroom experience by providing opportunities for personal growth through diverse programming, leadership development, and campus involvement. The wide variety of student-centered strengthen and polish social, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. There is an expanded opportunity to meet and interact with students of diverse backgrounds (cultural, ethnic, economic and social). Campus Life at RCM is committed to creating an exceptional living and learning environment for students.
Career Service:
RCM offers career planning and total job search assistance to its students. These services include career counseling, on-campus interviewing schedules, employment opportunities bulletin, job vacancy postings, and assistance with career search correspondence such as resumes, and cover letters, career workshops and seminars, annual career fairs and referral to other campus agencies.
Activities-: Seminars
These seminars are special topic sessions, where experts interact with RCM(A) students on the current issues. These issues could be related to economic, political, industrial, technological, industrial or social aspects. The sessions help the students understands the challenges and emerging opportunities in the global market.
Industrial Exposure:
On a regular basis recognized professionals from industry and business community have regular interaction with the students. In this way, theoretical concepts learned in the class are related to real business situations. Assignments relevant to these seminars and talks are given in the class and students are required to present oral and written reports. This strengthens their knowledge and also improves their industry exposure.
